BMA Church Damaged By Mississippi Tornado

Providence Baptist Church in Amory, Miss. sustained major damage in the March 24 tornado outbreak and is reported to be a total loss. Even though they were not able to get inside the church building, they met outside on the church property and had church on Sunday, March 26. They plan to “rebuild and be stronger,” according to a post on their Facebook page.

BMA Disaster Relief

Just The Crumbs (JTC) is responding to the tornadoes that destroyed so much property and took so many lives in Mississippi on March 24. JTC will first go to Amory, Miss. and work in the area there. They will set up at East Amory Baptist Church, one of our BMA churches. The JTC team will work as long as there is a need, then possibly move on to Rolling Fork, Miss. where there was so much devastation. Amory was hit hard, and JTC felt the need to help people in BMA churches first.

Donations are being accepted and volunteers are welcome. If you are available to volunteer, contact Lavon Haden at (601) 522-6055. Donations can be mailed to BMA Missions, P.O.
