Anthony Allen Pennington, 74 of Albuquerque, N.M., passed away Feb. 27. He pastored churches in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico, served as a missionary for the BMA of Texas and BMA of America Missions and was also a chaplain.
Survivors include: his wife of 52 years, Mary (Latham); a son, David (Ann Marie) Pennington; a daughter, Amy (Byron) Vincent; a brother, Gerald (Anita) Pennington; and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., March 6, at the Highland Baptist Church in Albuquerque, N.M. A celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 8, at Moorewood Baptist Church in Moorewood, Okla., with Gary Southard officiating. Arrangements by Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Okla.
